As part of our continual quest to make things as easy as possible for our patients, we’ve recently added a new engagement software called SolutionReach to our practice. It has already transformed the way we communicate and enhanced the level of service we can offer. Just a few of the features include:
• Customizable appointment reminders to patients and parents via text message or email—you can even set when and how many times you want the reminders!
• Patients can sign up for an account that allows them to make online account payments as well as view and request appointments without having to call the office.
• Appointment times can be integrated with many e-calendars and GoogleNow for easy scheduling.
There are lots of features that streamline our processes behind the scenes as well, to make our service and communication to you more efficient and effective. We look forward to getting the most out of SolutionReach—and we hope you do to!
