Anyone who has gone through braces will tell you that teeth tend to be very tender in the days after having your braces put in or tightened. Much like body soreness after an intense workout session, it’s normal for your mouth to feel the effects of with a bit of discomfort at first. But don’t worry. That’s simply your body’s way of telling you that it’s adapting to the change.
