As 2017 comes to an end we would like to thank all of our wonderful patients for making this the best year yet. As we look back on this past year and look towards 2018, we are making resolutions that will make next year even better.
People have been making new years resolutions for around 4,000 years, according to history.com. Since then, it has become common to set goals for yourself for the upcoming year. Whether you are trying to improve your health, your relationships, or take more time to relax, new years resolutions are all about bettering yourself and making your year great.
According to Business Insider, most new years resolutions fail by February, so if you want to keep your resolutions all year long, it is important to set specific goals for yourself. Be as detailed as possible with your resolutions and set checkpoints for yourself throughout the year to see if you are staying on track with what you planned.
